本文采用理论计算与数值仿真方法对滑油压力控制阀进行细致的流动特性分析。在给定流量或给定进出口压差条件下,通过对不同开度下阀内流场的分析得出:进出口压差确定时,流量与开度基本呈线性关系;流量确定时,进出口压差与开度呈四次曲线关系。二级节流降压有效地减小阀内滑油的压降与湍流度,防止滑油发生空化、乳化现象并减小滑油对滑阀的冲蚀。
Theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are carried out to analyze flow characteristics of lubricating oil control valve. For given rate of flow or given pressure difference between inlet and outlet, through the analysis of the internal flow field of the valve under different open degrees, it came to the conclusion that when the pressure difference between the import and export is determined, the flow rate is linear with valve opening; when the flow rate is determined, the pressure difference and valve opening is biquadratic curve. two-step throttle can effectively reduce the pressure drop and turbulence of the lubricating oil in the valve, besides it can avoid the cavitation and emulsification of lubricating oil and reduce the erosion of lubricating oil to the spool valve.
