海水管路的腐蚀监测已成为当前船舶科学研究领域的一项重大课题。本文介绍船舶海水管路腐蚀原因及现状,分析管路腐蚀的重要因素,给出典型的管路防腐蚀设计方法。分析国内外针对腐蚀监测的研究现状,论述微电流测量对海水管路腐蚀监测的重要意义,提出了研制大口径开口型小电流传感器,对造成船舶海水管路腐蚀的杂散电流进行有效监测的思路。
Corrosion monitoring of marine sea-water pipelines has become a significant issue in the field of ship science research nowadays. The causes and facts of corrosion are introduced, while the critical factors of corrosion are analyzed. Then, the typical protection methods of corrosion are provided and the research status of corrosion monitoring at home and abroad is reviewed. Besides, the significance is discussed that micro-current measurement is effective in corrosion monitoring of marine sea-water pipelines. The train of thought is proposed that developing a smart detecting system is feasible, whose core has open structure so that adapting to larger caliber pipelines. The system is competent for accurate measurement of faint current. The main purpose of the system is that the stray current could be effectively monitored, which causes corrosion of marine sea-water pipelines.
