由于受尺寸重量限制,舰船换热器对集成优化设计水平要求较高。为实现这一目标,在设计中经常同时采用数值模拟和试验验证2种方法,特别是数值模拟由于其具有高效、精准和低成本优势,使得其在换热器设计中应用越来越广泛。本文在对某型集成式换热器合理简化基础上,构建了相应的数值分析耦合传热模型,完成了换热器壳程流场和温度场数值仿真,仿真结果显示换热器流动区域中换热比较均匀,折流板强化换热效果显著,但其也相应增加了壳程流动阻力。本文研究为换热器性能进一步提升奠定了良好的技术基础。
Due to size and weight restrictions, marine heat exchange require higher integration and optimization design. To achieve this goal, numerical simulation and experiment research methods are often used together, especially the numerical simulation research method, because of its high efficiency、accuracy and low cost, more and more widely used today. Based on reasonable reduce the structure characteristics of integrated heat exchanger, The corresponding numerical simulation coupled heat transfer model is constructed, fully simulated the flow field and temperature field of the shell side of heat exchanger.The results of simulation show that heat transfer in heat exchange is uniform, the heat transfer is enhanced by using baffles in heat exchange, and significantly increased frictional resistance of the shell side of heat exchanger. This paper provides a fine technical method for further improvement of heat exchanger.
