本文介绍一种中口径火炮高速排壳机构,利用多体系统动力学和有限元理论对排壳机构的排壳速度和瞬态应力进行仿真计算。首先建立药筒和排壳机构等部件的刚体模型,分析了排壳动态过程中药筒速度和危险部件力学特性。通过有限元分析软件,建立危险部件的柔性体模型,求解危险部件在准静态过程中的瞬态应力。对比不同时间点应力值,取最大瞬态应力计算安全系数。高速排壳机构能够以7.68 m/s的速度完成排壳,排壳过程中危险部件最大瞬态应力为230 MPa,安全系数为1.5。
The method of high-speed discharging cartridges of a medium Gun is presented in this paper. The speed of discharging cartridges and transient stress are simulated based on multi-body dynamics theory and finite element analysis method. Firstly, the rigid body models of cartridge case and high-speed discharging cartridges mechanism are established. The speed of cartridge case and the force of components in the process of discharging cartridges are analyzed. Secondly, the flexible model of the weakest part is established. The transient stress is analyzed to verify the risk section. Finally, the strength of risk section is checked. The simulation results show that the cartridges can be discharged with the speed of 7.68 m/s. Cartridge guide is the weakest part in the process of discharging cartridges. The maximum stress of cartridge guide is 230 MPa and the safety factor is 1.5.
