船体结构强度是影响冰区船舶航行与作业安全性的一个重要因素。我国自主建造的“雪龙2”号船上设计安装1套船体监测及辅助决策系统,利用预埋在船体各部位的光纤传感器测量结构应变、结构温度、加速度等信息,通过相应数据处理实时评估结构强度,给船员提供结构安全警示功能并给出航行作业过程中的辅助决策。该系统有利于提高“雪龙2”号船的结构安全性。文章对“雪龙2”号船上安装的船体监测及辅助决策系统设计进行详细介绍,对其他船舶安装应力监测系统有一定的工程借鉴意义。
The structural strength of hull is an important factor affecting the safety of navigation and operation in ice areas. A hull structure monitoring and assistant decision-making system will be installed on the self-built Xuelong 2 ship. Some fiber optic sensors embedded in various parts of the hull are used to measure structural strain, temperature and acceleration information. The structure strength will be evaluated in real time through corresponding data processing. Then, the structural safety warnings and assistant decisions during the navigation will be provided to the crew. This system is conducive to improving the structural safety of Xuelong 2. This paper introduces the design of hull monitoring and assistant decision-making system installed on Xuelong 2 in detail. The paper has certain engineering reference significance for other ship installing stress monitoring systems.
