舰船管路隔振装置是降低管路振动传递及提高舰船声隐身性能的重要部件,采用高效的管路隔振器可有效地降低管路的振动和噪声。本文设计了一种新型舰船管路隔振器,并针对海水管路系统制备了管路隔振器装置样机。为验证新型管路隔振装置的性能,开展了管路隔振装置的静刚度、固有频率、隔振效果、抗冲击和破坏载荷试验。试验结果表明,本文设计的管路隔振器具有良好的静动态力学性能。本文研究成果可为管路隔振器设计提供技术指导。
The ship pipeline vibration isolation device is very important for reducing the vibration transmission of the pipeline and improving the sound stealth performance of the ship. The efficient pipeline vibration isolator can effectively reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline. In this paper, a new type of ship pipeline isolator is designed, and a prototype of the pipeline isolator device is prepared for the seawater pipeline system. In order to verify the performance of the new pipeline vibration isolation device, the static stiffness, natural frequency, vibration isolation effect, impact resistance and damage load test of the pipeline vibration isolation device were carried out. The experimental data show that the pipeline vibration isolator designed in this paper has great static and dynamic mechanical properties, the research results of this paper also provide technical guidance for the design of pipeline vibration isolator.
