随着舰船动力系统向全电力推进的方向发展,中压大功率变流器在船舶电力推进和舰船电力系统中的应用越来越广泛。本文对比分析了工业领域大功率变流器主流拓扑方案的应用情况,指出在DC4 kV~6 kV范围的直流中压水平下,NPC型三电平变换拓扑是舰船大功率变流器的优选方案,介绍了当前NPC型三电平变流拓扑和调制控制技术的研究现状,分析了该技术在工程应用中面临的主要问题,并给出了工程指导建议。
With the development of ship power system to all-electric propulsion system, middle-voltage high-power inverters have been used widely in ship electric power system and propulsion system. This paper concludes technology overview about high-power inverters in industrial application. And it is pointed out that three-level NPC topology is a preferred solution for marine middle-voltage high-power converters. After introducing research and design status, summary on three-level converter topology and pulse width modulation scheme, key issues on engineering application are put forward as well as settlement suggestions.
