为研究电磁轨道炮发射状态下膛内及膛口流场参数的变化情况,文章建立了电磁轨道炮口流场仿真模型,采用CFD动网格技术,基于Navier-Stokes方程和Realizable k-ε湍流模型,通过UDF控制弹丸运动规律,仿真出不同时刻前后膛内和膛口流场的变化情况。仿真结果表明:弹丸在膛内运动过程中,弹前形成较大的空气压力,最高达到33个大气压值,膛口流场在不同时刻呈现出不同的参数变化,对后续弹丸出膛后的弹道状态有一定影响,需要进一步研究,该仿真结果对后续的研究试验设计提供参考。
To research the changing situation of flow field in and on muzzle under the condition of Electromagnetic Rail Gun launching, we build the simulation model of muzzle flow field of electromagnetic rail gun, and use CFD Moving-grid technology to simulate the changing situation of flow field in and on muzzle at different time based on Navier-Stokes equations and Realizable k-εturbulence model and by the law of projectile moving under of UDF controlling. From the reasult, the larger air pressure generates at the front of projectile, which can reach to the maximum of 33 barometric pressure during projectile moving in muzzle front of projectile. Muzzle flow apper different parameters at different time, and have some influence on ballistic state of projectile that gets out of muzzle, which should be researched farther. The simulation results provide reference for the next design and experiment.
