由于我国核电产业发展迅速,公路运输方式不能满足乏燃料的运输需求。为了解决滨海核电站及海上核设施的乏燃料运往内地后处理厂的问题,需要设计一型乏燃料运输船进行海上运输。相对于其他运输方式,乏燃料运输船具有容量大、安全性好的优势。通过借鉴国外较为成熟的乏燃料运输船设计,参考国内其他类型运输船的成功经验,并分析我国乏燃料的运输需求,对乏燃料运输船提出初步设计。提出的乏燃料运输船的总体方案概念设计,旨在为我国乏燃料运输船设计建造提供技术参考。
Due to the rapid development of nuclear power industry in China, the mode of highway transportation cannot meet the transportation demand of spent fuel. In order to solve the problem of the nuclear power plant and the offshore nuclear facilities to be shipped to the hinterland, it is necessary to design a type of spent fuel transport ship for the development of sea transport. Compared with other modes of transportation, spent fuel transport ships have the advantages of large capacity and safety. Through draw lessons from foreign relatively mature spent fuel transport ship design, reference the successful experience of domestic other kinds of transport ship, and analyzes the spent fuel transport demand, put forward the preliminary design of spent fuel transport ship. The design of the general scheme of the spent fuel transport ship is designed to provide technical reference for the design and construction of spent fuel transport ships in China.
