随着建设海洋强国战略方针的稳步推进,我国启动了多型民用核动力舰船的设计和建造。由于核动力舰船搭载有核动力装置,需要进行合理的辐射分区以确保人员辐射安全。虽然陆上核电厂辐射分区有法规标准可依,但是核动力舰船具有空间小、设备布置紧凑、辐射源项集中、工作人员需要长期生活和工作在舰船上等特点,陆上核电厂的辐射分区准则并不完全适用于核动力舰船。本文基于核动力舰船的特点,结合陆上核电厂辐射分区准则,提出了生活场所、导出空气剂量率等概念,研究并给出了适用于民用核动力舰船的辐射分区准则。
With the steady advancement of the strategic principle of building a strong ocean nation, China has initiated the design and construction of several types of civil nuclear power ships. Since nuclear power ships are equipped with nuclear reactors, reasonable radiation zoning is required to ensure the safety of personnel radiation. Although there are regulatory standards for the radiation zoning of land-based nuclear power plants, nuclear power ships have the characteristics of small space, compact equipment layout, centralization of radiation sources, etc. The radiation zoning criteria for land-based nuclear power plants do not apply entirely to nuclear power ships. Based on the characteristics of nuclear power ships and the radiation zoning criteria of land-based nuclear power plants, this paper proposes concepts such as living area and derived air dose rate, and studies and gives radiation zoning criteria applicable to civil nuclear power ships.
