碰撞、触礁事故是核潜艇多发的事故类型,近年来美、英、法、俄、印等国核潜艇都出现了碰撞、触礁事故,造成很大的经济损失甚至人员伤亡。从核潜艇发展历史上看,2005年发生的“旧金山”号核潜艇碰撞事故是最严重的核潜艇碰撞事故之一,造成数十人伤亡并使潜艇严重损坏。通过该事故,美海军对海洋信息测绘机制和技术发展等方面进行了反思及改进并影响至今。本文对“旧金山”号核潜艇碰撞事故进行回顾,分析事故原因及产生的影响,供相关单位参考、借鉴。
Nuclear submarines often collide and hit the rocks during navigation. In recent years, foreign nuclear submarines such as the United States, Britain, France, Russia, and India have collided and hit the rocks, causing great economic losses and even casualties. The "San Francisco" nuclear submarine collision accident that occurred in 2005 was one of the most serious nuclear submarine collision accidents, causing dozens of casualties and serious damage to the submarine. After the accident, the US Navy has reflected and improved the marine information mapping mechanism and technological development and has affected it to this day. This paper reviews the collision accident of the "San Francisco" nuclear submarine, analyzes the cause of the accident and the impact, for reference by my relevant units.
