部署优化是水下无人传感器集群重要任务之一,针对水下探测需要,本文设计基于粒子群与人工鱼群法混合部署算法。首先利用先用改进粒子群算法进行初期寻优,然后利用人工鱼群算法进行后期寻优,完成水下无人集群节点部署优化设计。通过对特定场景设计,设定实验约束条件,利用Matlab完成优化部署算法的系统仿真实验,对覆盖率进行对比分析,得出部署优化算法覆盖率提高了25%,覆盖度曲线初期收敛快,后期寻优效果有明显提升。
Deployment Optimization is one of the important tasks of Underwater Unmanned Sensors Cluster. In the process of optimal algorithm design for deployment of underwater unmanned cluster nodes, firstly the initial optimization is carried out by using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, and then the later optimization is carried out by using the artificial fish swarm algorithm. Simulation results show that the coverage of the deployment optimization algorithm is increased by 25%, the coverage curve converges rapidly at the initial stage, and the optimization effect is improved obviously at the later stage.
