针对船用汽轮机组常用液压自动调节汽封压力调整器的工作原理进行详细说明,并研究其动态特性分析方法。对动力油压对动态调节特性的影响进行了分析,计算结果显示,在一定的结构参数下,动力油压对汽封压力调整器的动态调节特性影响十分显著。动力油压由0.3 MPa提高到1.0 MPa时,恢复时间(使汽封压力回到目标值的±5%公差带内的时间)由3 s大幅缩短至1.42 s。因此,提高动力油压可以显著加快动态调节速度,有助于提升机组汽封系统稳定性。
This study focuses on automatic hydraulic seal pressure regulator of steam turbine generator. The operating principle was explained in detail and theoretical analysis method on dynamic characteristics was researched. The effect of power oil pressure on dynamic characteristic was analyzed. The theoretical results showed that the power oil pressure effects the dynamic regulation characteristic obviously. While the power oil pressure changed from 0.3 MPa to 1.0 MPa, recovery time(seal pressure recover to the ±5% tolerance of designed value) changed from 3 s to 1.42 s. Therefore, enhance the power oil pressure could accelerate the regulation process obviously, thus the stability of seal system could be enhanced.
