酸性气体对潜艇等密闭空间中工作的人员和设备有很大危害。本文方法采用碱性滤膜采集空气样品中氯化氢、硫酸雾,以去离子水超声解析,经阴离子交换色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测。结果表明,氯化氢在质量浓度为0.50~20.00 mg/L时呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999;方法检出限为0.36 mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.012 mg/m3;硫酸雾在质量浓度为0.50~20.00 mg/L时呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999;检出限为0.40 mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.014 mg/m3。本文方法适用于密闭空间空气中气态及颗粒物中氯化氢、硫酸雾的测定。
Acid gas is harmful to workers and equipment in confined space. Hydrogen chloride and sulfuric acid mist in air samples were collected through the filter membrane that treated with alkaline solution, The filter membrane was treated by ultrasonic with deionized water, The solution was separated by anion exchange chromatography and detected by conductance detector. Results Hydrogen chloride showed a linear relationship at mass concentration of 0.50~20.00 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999; The detection limit was 0.36 mg/L, The lowest concentration detected by this method was 0.012 mg/m3;Sulfate mist showed a linear relationship at mass concentration of 0.50~20.00 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999; The detection limit of the method was 0.40 mg/L, The lowest concentration detected by this method was 0.014 mg/m3. This method is suitable for the determination of hydrogen chloride and sulfuric acid mist in gas and particulate matter which existed in closed ambient air.
