针对轴系纵向振动引起的船舶尾部振动噪声问题,提出基于主动推力平衡原理的轴系纵向减振方法,设计了轴系纵向减振结构,通过试验研究了该结构的刚度特性,并对比分析了应用纵向减振结构前后轴系纵向振动特性。结果表明,提出的基于主动推力平衡原理轴系纵向减振方法,可有效化解减振结构低动刚度和高静刚度之间的矛盾,有利于桨轴系统纵向振动控制向低频范围扩展;应用基于主动推力平衡原理的纵向减振结构后,轴系纵向振动控制效果明显。
Due to the vibration noise problem of ship stern structures caused by ship shaft longitudinal vibration, a method to reduce the longitudinal vibration based on active thrust balance principle is put forward. The design scheme of vibration reduction structure is studied. The stiffness characteristics of vibration reduction structure are researched by experimental. The longitudinal vibration reduction performance is analyzed by theoretical. The results show that the longitudinal vibration reduction method based on the principle of active thrust balance can effectively resolve the contradiction between the low dynamic stiffness and high static stiffness of the vibration reduction structure, and is conducive to the longitudinal vibration control of the propeller shaft system extending to the low frequency range. The longitudinal vibration control effect of shafting is obvious by using the longitudinal vibration reduction structure based on the active thrust balance principle.
