由于单壳体水下航行器开孔加强结构受到外形限制,需采用非对称的围壁进行加强。本文采用数值分析方法,建立典型单壳体开孔非对称围壁加强结构有限元模型,开展仿真分析研究。通过调整非对称围壁高度,对比分析圆柱壳开孔孔边应力值,研究不同高度围壁对于孔边应力集中的影响,获得了非对称围壁加强结构的应力变化趋势,并与对称围壁加强结果进行对比,探究了适用于非对称围壁加强的设计方法,为以后工程设计提供技术支撑。
It is necessary the use asymmetric bulkhead for the strengthen the opening on the cylindrical hull. This paper presents the numerical analysis results using FEM method based on the FEM model of asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull. During the simulation, the heights of asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull were changed and the stresses of the opening on the cylindrical hull were studied. The variations of concentration of the stress for different heights of asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull were investigated. The comparisons between symmetric and asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull show that the proper design methods for asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull could be helpful for future design with similar structures.
