Kappel螺旋桨由于其性能优异,在市场上表现出了强劲的竞争力。但关于这种螺旋桨参数对其水动力性能影响的分析文章极少,本文利用CFD软件分别对普通螺旋桨和Kappel螺旋桨进行了水动力性能计算,结果表明叶梢有载的Kappel螺旋桨可提高螺旋桨效率约4%;系统地探讨了纵倾、侧斜、弦长等参数对螺旋桨水动力性能、压力分布的影响,为推广这种高效能螺旋桨提供了设计参考。
Due to its excellent performance, Kappel propeller has shown strong market competitiveness since it was proposed. However, there are few analysis articles about the influence of such propeller parameters on its hydrodynamic performance. In this paper, CFD software is used to calculate the hydrodynamic performance of common propeller and Kappel propeller respectively. The results show that the Kappel propeller with blade tip loaded can improve the propeller efficiency by about 4%.Then the influence of the parameters such as pitch, pitch and chord length on the hydrodynamic performance, pressure distribution and the surrounding flow field of the propeller is systematically discussed, which provide a reference for the follow-up study of this kind of highly efficient propeller.
