本文根据项目研制的需要,对某型船用中速柴油机燃油系统的构成及原理进行分析,在此基础上应用AMESim软件搭建其仿真模型。在几种典型工况下将仿真结果与台架试验结果进行对比,验证仿真模型的正确性。最后,探讨在100%工况下,系统关键结构参数对燃油系统喷射特性的影响。研究结果表明:柱塞直径增大,泵端出口压力、喷油压力、喷油速率及循环喷油量均增加,且增强效果逐渐加强,同时高压油管的压力损失逐渐增加;针阀升程增加,泵端出口压力、喷油压力、喷油速率及循环喷油量都增大,且这种增强效果逐渐加强;针阀预紧力增加,泵端出口压力、喷油压力和喷油速率增大,而循环喷油量反而减小。
According to the needs of project development, this paper analyzes the composition and principle of fuel system of a certain type of marine medium-speed diesel engine. Based on this, the simulation model is built by AMESim software. The simulation results are compared with the bench test results under several typical conditions to verify the correctness of the simulation model. Finally, the influence of key system parameters on the injection characteristics of the fuel system under 100% working conditions is discussed. The results show that the plunger diameter increases, the pump outlet pressure, injection pressure, fuel injection rate and circulating fuel injection increase. The reinforcing effect is gradually strengthened, and the pressure loss of the high pressure oil pipe is gradually increased; the lift of the needle valve is increased, the outlet pressure of the pump end, the injection pressure, the fuel injection rate and the circulating fuel injection amount are all increased, and the reinforcing effect is gradually strengthened; The pre-tightening force of the needle valve is increased, the pump outlet pressure, the injection pressure and the injection rate are increased, and the circulating injection amount is decreased.
