船舶主滑油系统用于向高速运转的汽轮机、减速器、增压机组等主、辅设备提供润滑和冷却介质,主滑油系统在不同运行工况下,其流动参数会发生显著变化。本文通过搭建与实船一致的主滑油系统试验平台,运用流量计及流量传感器并辅以压力传感器对各工况条件下各用油设备滑油流量和设备进口处滑油压力进行在线监测统计分析,最终得到船用主滑油系统在不同工况下,流动参数显著变化时的流量分配特性。试验结果表明,在不同工况下,尽管滑油压力参数发生了较大变化,但总滑油流量分配情况未出现明显变化,各设备滑油分配比例变化小于1%。该结论对同类型号主滑油系统的调试提供了试验依据及数据支撑,具有一定的指导意义。
The main lubrication system is used to provide lubrication and cooling medium to the auxiliary equipments such as steam turbine, reducer and supercharger which are running at high speed. The flow parameters of lubricating oil system are distributed under different operating conditions. In this paper, through building main lubrication oil system test platform uses the flow meter and flow sensor to measure the lubricating oil flow of each oil equipment under different working conditions. Through online monitoring and statistical analysis, the flow distribution and flow characteristics of the marine lubricating system were finally obtained when the flow parameters significantly changed under different working conditions. The results shows that in the process of system working condition change, although the lubricating oil pressure parameters have changed greatly, the total flow distruction has not changed significantly, and the lubricating oil distribution ratio of each equipment has changed less than 1%. This conclusion provides the experimental basis and data support for the debugging of same type of main lubrication oil system and has certain guiding significance.
