本文研究了国内大中型船舶制造企业异构数据库的集成现状,并根据船舶制造企业异构数据库的集成需求及企业“信息孤岛”现象,设计了面向船舶制造的统一数据库集成平台。为提高异构数据库的集成效率,采用基于元数据的模式集成技术解决了数据集成中的结构差异与语义差异的问题。通过集成国内某大型船舶制造企业管件加工车间的ERP,PDM,MES,DNC,QMS,WMS,BCS等系统的数据库,实现了各异构业务数据库的快速联通,验证了该平台数据集成的有效性和先进性,为其他船舶制造企业异构数据的集成提供有效解决方案。
This article studies the integration status of heterogeneous databases in large and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises in China, and according to the integration requirement of heterogeneous databases in shipbuilding enterprises and the phenomenon of information island, the unified database integration platform is designed for shipbuilding enterprises. In order to improve the integration efficiency of heterogeneous databases, the schema integration technology based on metadata is adopted to solve the problems of structural and semantic differences in data integration. By integrating the data of ERP, PDM, MES, DNC, QMS, WMS, BCS and other databases in the domestic large shipyard pipe workshops, the rapid interconnection of heterogeneous business databases is realized. The validity and advancement of data integration of this platform are verified, which provides an effective solution for heterogeneous data integration of other shipbuilding enterprises.
