本文从潜艇升降类桅杆可靠性模型入手,针对设备的故障判据和严酷度类别,用定性和定量的方法对潜艇升降类桅杆开展故障模式、影响及危害性分析,找出设备可靠性的关键件和重要件。通过对设备关重件进行可靠性性设计或采取适当的措施,消除或减轻由薄弱环节产生的影响,从而提高设备的可靠性水平。
The paper starts from the reliability model of submarine lifting mast, analyzes the failure modes, effect and critically analysis (FMECA) of the equipment by qualitative and quantitative methods according to failure criterion and failure severity category of the equipment, and find out the key and important parts of the equipment. The reliability level of the equipment can be improved by the reliability designing of the key components of the equipment or taking appropriate measures to eliminate or mitigate the influence caused by the weak links.
