舰船长期处于异常复杂的海洋环境中,其自身平台及舰载设备受各种环境因素影响显著,因此更需要在舰船研制领域深入开展环境工程。本文阐述了舰船特殊的环境条件,以及目前环境工程工作在舰船研制过程中应用的现状与问题,提出环境工程应用于舰船全寿命周期的观念,建立型号环境工程工作体系要求,并确定了型号研制各阶段环境工程的工作内容,为环境工程应用于舰船研制提供重要参考。
The naval ship is always at the complicated environment of ocean. Its own plat and equipmens will be affected evidently by all kinds of environment factors. So it will be more necessary to investigate environmental engineering in the field of the naval ship developing. This article describes the special environmental conditions of naval ship, and the current status and problems of the application of environmental engineering work in the development of ships. It puts forward the concept of environmental engineering applied to the life cycle of naval ship, and establishes the requirements for the model environmental engineering work system. The work content of environmental engineering in each stage of model development was determined, which provided an important reference for the application of environmental engineering to naval ship development.
