气密环和减震垫作为新型导弹发射装置的组成部分,其变形量对于衡量导弹发射过程中的气密性,确定弹在筒内的姿态等都具有较大的研究价值。结合气密环和减震垫的实际工作环境,设计了一款能够应用于气密环和减震垫动态变形测试的位移传感器,并对传感器的静态和动态特性进行了分析。在此基础上,开展了实测试验。试验结果表明,所设计的位移传感器能够应用于气密环和减震垫动态位移测量。从气密环和减震垫传感器变形情况可以看出,在模拟弹发射过程中,气密环能够保持稳定的气密性,且模型弹中心线比较靠近第一象限,在竖直方向上没有发生明显偏斜。
It is of great research significance for the deformation of the seal ring and cushion to measure the air-tight of the missile and determine the attitude of missile in launching device, as the seal ring and cushion is a part of the launch device. Based on the actual working environment of the seal ring and cushion, a displacement sensor which can be applied to test the dynamic deformation of the seal ring and cushion is designed, and the static and dynamic characteristics of the sensor are analyzed. On this basis, the actual test was carried out. The result shows that the designed displacement sensor can be effectively applied to the dynamic displacement measurement of the seal ring and cushion, and when the model missile passes through the seal ring, the seal ring could maintain stable air-tight which can be seen from the deformation of the displacement sensor of the seal ring, and it also can be seen from the deformation of the displacement sensor of the cushion that the center line of the model missile is close to the first quadrant, and there is no obvious deviation in the vertical direction.
