英国海军在2017向BAE系统公司、洛克希德·马丁公司、奎内克公司和罗尔斯·罗伊斯等多家欧美著名国防公司征集“面向未来水下战作战平台方案”，以提升英国海军国防科技力量和促进创新发展，并形成“鹦鹉螺”-100新概念潜艇方案。“鹦鹉螺”-100新概念潜艇采用了大量前沿技术，其作战概念不同于传统潜艇装备，战技性能优越。本文对英国“鹦鹉螺”-100新概念潜艇装备及其前沿技术进行研究，供我国相关单位参考、借鉴。
