以某内转塔式FPSO首部月池结构为研究对象,分别采用非线性静力和动力分析2种方法,研究月池结构在爆炸过压载荷作用下的响应规律;爆炸冲击载荷确定,采用三角形脉冲式载荷并加载,对脉冲压力上升时间进行参数化研究,归纳月池结构在冲击载荷作用下的时历变形、结构响应及能量转换关系,对比2种方法计算结果的差异,研究结论对相似工作提供借鉴和参考。
Due to leakage of oil and gas, there exists risk of blast in moonpool structure for single point moored FPSO with internal turret, that will bring out not only the damage of moonpool structure and structure intact but also the great impact for FPSO production system. It is of great significance for structure response analysis of moonpool structure subject to blast overpressure load. Two typical methods that nonlinear static analysis and explicit dynamic analysis are employed for FPSO fore structure including moonpool structure. Assume that the blast impulse load is a triangle shape function with impulse period 1 second. A sensitivity study for series of impulse raising time is performed. Maximum equivalent stress and strain contours, energy absorbing curves are obtained. It turns out that this paper is able to be a good reference for professions.
