通过对相关理论的研究,发现在梯形波载荷谱中,增加过载波形会对裂纹扩展速率有较大影响。因此,为了最大限度模拟服役环境的复杂性,研究舰船关键节点处材料的疲劳性能。本文分别对舰船关键节点处钛合金材料Ti-6Al-4V进行试验研究,设计并开展了不同保载时间、不同过载比下的过载保载-疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验,并在试验的基础上,对所提出的考虑载荷次序效应的预报模型有效性进行验证,从而证明预报模型与试验结果有潜在的工程应用价值。
By the research of the correlation theory, it is found that the increase of the overload waveform can have a great effect on the crack growth rate in the gradient wave load spectrum. Therefore, in order to simulate the complexity of the service environment, the fatigue performance of the material at the critical node of the ship is studied. In this paper, the experimental research on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy material at the critical node of the ship is carried out, and the overload dwell-fatigue crack growth rate test under different dwell time and different overload ratio is designed and carried out. On the basis of experiments, the validity of the proposed forecasting model considering load sequence effect is verified. The validity of the model is verified. It is proved that the prediction model and the experimental results have potential engineering application value.
