为探讨船舶自循环系统管道入口处格栅附近的脉动压力特性,将船舶入口处格栅简化为方柱,以单个二维方柱以及5个并列的二维方柱作为研究对象,通过CFD方法分析方柱截面长宽比和雷诺数对单个方柱绕流参数以及流场压力脉动分布的影响。在此基础上,选定截面长宽比,分析方柱间距比以及雷诺数对绕流参数以及压力脉动规律的影响。结果显示:单个二维方柱下,雷诺数主要影响脉动压力,各监测参数均随截面长宽比发生较大改变;五方柱并列时,监测点参数较单方柱均有所提高,方柱间距比对脉动压力影响较大。
To explore the features of pressure fluctuation near the grill of Vessel self-circulation system pipe inlet, simplify the grill of vessel inlet into rectangular cylinder.A single rectangular cylinder and five parallel two-dimensional rectangular cylinder are taken as research objects,the influences of section length-width ratio,Reynolds number on flow parameters and pressure pulsation distribution are studied with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology.On this basis, the section length-width ratio is selected to analyze the influence of the rectangular cylinder spacing ratio and Reynolds number on the flow parameters and pressure pulsation.The results show that, under a single two-dimensional rectangular cylinder, the Reynolds number mainly affects the pulsating pressure, and the monitoring parameters all change greatly with the section length-width ratio.When the five square columns are juxtaposed, the parameters of the monitoring points are higher than that of the single rectangular cylinder and the spacing of the square column has a great influence on the pulsating pressure.
