发电柴油机活塞环主要起到密封、导热、布油、刮油的作用,船用发电柴油机连续运行时间超长,活塞环与缸套的可靠润滑十分重要。本文以4L20船用发电柴油机为研究对象,通过台架试验测量并计算得到了其在1000 r/min不同负荷状态下的运行数据, 在Excite pr中建立活塞环-缸套动力学润滑仿真模型,得到了其在运行过程中活塞环的径向受力、外工作面的最小油膜厚度、轴向摩擦损失与不同负荷下活塞环外工作面轴向摩擦损失的变化情况,为船用发电柴油机的运行管理提供参考依据。
The piston ring of diesel generator mainly has the functions of sealing, heat conduction, oil make-up, and oil scraper, the continue operation of marine diesel generator is super long, so that it is really important for the reliable lubrication between piston and cylinder liner. In this paper, it takes 4L20 marine diesel generator as research object, by means of the calculation and measurement of bench test, it can get the operating data in different states of loading under 1000 rpm, then, it establishes simulation model of piston ring - cylinder liner dynamic lubrication in Excite pr, and then it gets the piston ring radial force, minimum oil film thickness of the outer working face, axial friction loss power, and change of axial friction loss powers of the outer working face of piston ring under different loads during operation of diesel generator, which can provide theoretical reference for the operation and management of marine diesel generator.
