海洋测量船是世界各国推进海洋战略的重要抓手,对海战场保障具有重要的战略地位。美国作为世界头号海洋强国,其海战场环境保障能力不容小觑,拥有完善的海洋探测体系和相关机制。海基观测方面,美国海军拥有技术最先进,作业能力最强的测量船队。本文旨在通过对美国海军海洋测量船发展历程的研究,对我国装备建设及使用提供参考借鉴。
As a crucial part of the efforts of the nations around the world in pushing forward the maritime strategies, oceanographic research ship plays an integral role in marine battlefield support. The U.S., the leading sea power, has complete marine surveillance systems and related mechanism, and its capabilities in marine battlefield support cannot be underestimated. Moreover, the U.S. Navy maintains a technologically advanced and operationally experienced marine surveying fleet for its sea base surveillance purpose. Focused on the development of the U.S. Navy oceanographic research ships, this paper serves as a reference to equipment building.
