本文建立T6138ZLCZU直喷柴油机计算模型,模拟研究不同供油提前角对船用柴油机排放的影响,并通过实验实测了不同供油提前角下船用柴油机的排放。研究结果表明:随供油提前角的增大,缸内温度和缸内压力都有所增高,NOx的排放量增加,碳烟的排放量减少,最终生成的碳烟的平均粒径变小,供油提前角的变化对最终生成的碳烟平均数密度影响较小;PM排放与NOx排放之间呈现出此消彼长的相互关系。本文研究为柴油机喷油参数优化提供参考,为进一步降低柴油机排放提供理论依据。
A calculation model for the T6138ZLCZU direct injection diesel engine was established and the effects of different fuel supply advance angles on marine diesel engine emissions were simulated. The NOx and PM emissions of the marine diesel engine under different fuel supply advance angles are measured experimentally. The result shows that as the fuel supply advance angle increases, the in-cylinder temperature and the in-cylinder pressure increase, NOx emissions increase, soot emissions decrease, and the average particle diameter of the of the finally generated soot becomes smaller. The fuel advance angles have little effect on the average number density of the soot. There is a trade-off relationship between PM emissions and NOx emissions. This study provides a reference for the optimization of diesel fuel injection parameters and a theoretical basis for further reducing diesel engine emissions.
