基于法向接触刚度模型预估电机定转子铁芯叠压预紧力对结构刚度的影响,根据预估的叠压预紧力开展了几种典型铁芯磁钢片的叠压,并利用专用工装开展了振动测试。研究结果表明,电机的振动与定转子结构刚度密切相关,而定转子结构刚度与铁芯磁钢片的叠压预紧力关系密切。实际生产过程中需对电机定转子采用最佳的叠压预紧力,以实现电机的振动降低。
Based on the normal contact stiffness model, the influence of the prestressing force of the stator and rotor cores on the structural stiffness is predicted. According to the predicted prestressing force, several typical core magnets are laminated, and vibration tests are carried out using special tooling. The results show that the vibration of the motor is closely related to the stiffness of the stator and rotor structure, and the stiffness of the stator and rotor structure is closely related to the pre-tightening force of the laminated core magnets. In order to reduce the vibration of motor, it is necessary to adopt the optimum time of superimposed preload on the stator and rotor of motor in the actual production process.
