舰船加强筋尺寸的合理确定一直是结构设计中的热点问题。本文综合考虑总纵弯曲应力和局部载荷的相互作用,研究加强筋的许用应力折减系数(Cs)的影响因素与合理取值方法。通过分析加强筋的力学模型、对比不同规范中的Cs取值,以及用非线性有限元软件Abaqus计算一系列加筋板模型,拟合Cs曲线并与规范对比,并验证剖面对称性和局部载荷作用方向对Cs取值的影响方式,丰富了舰船局部强度校核方法的技术背景,为板架设计、舰船三维局部校核程序开发提供借鉴。
The reasonable design of warship’s stiffened plate has long been a hot spot issue. Considering the interaction between the general longitudinal bending stress and the local load, this paper studies the influencing factors of the permissible bending stress coefficient (Cs) of the stiffener and the method to get value of Cs. By analyzing the mechanical model of stiffeners, comparing the values of Cs in different rules, and calculating a series of stiffened plate models with the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS, the Cs curve is fitted and compared with rules, and the influence of the section symmetry and the direction of local load on the values of Cs is verified, which enriches the technical background of the method of checking the local strength of ships, and provides a reference for the stiffened plate design while promoting the development of 3D local verification program as well.
