钛合金具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀的特点,被国外广泛应用于舰船装备的耐压壳体、热交换器等海水管路系统。本文将技术成熟度评价方法引入到舰船装备钛合金海水管路系统评估工作,从评价标准规范、关键技术识别与评价等方面,研究提出一种基于技术成熟度量化评价的决策方法,解决长期以来缺少成熟规范评价方法的问题,提高论证工作的科学性和精细化水平。
As a lightweight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance structural material, titanium is broadly used to improve the technical performance of ship equipment, such as pressure hull, heat-exchanger. The technology readiness assessment model is introduced to evaluate the seawater piping systems of ship materiel. A decision making method based technology readiness level (TRL) is established to solve the non-standard problem in evaluation methodology, including evaluation criteria and evaluation process.
