燃气作为动力的绳索气缸与传统气缸相比,减少了辅助气源及相应的管路阀件等辅助设备,同时有效缩短发射装置的轴向空间,提高了发射平台的灵活、机动的作战能力。本文根据样机结构参数建立了绳索气缸仿真模型,并通过试验值对仿真模型进行标定,最大偏差5.7%,最终通过仿真模型研究了绳索式气缸的缸径、初始容积、储气瓶容积、密封间隙4个关键参数的变化对负载弹射特性的影响规律,为气缸的设计提供理论指导。
Compared with the traditional cylinder, the gas powered rope cylinder reduces the auxiliary air source and the corresponding pipeline valve parts and other auxiliary equipment, and effectively shortens the axial space of the launcher, and improves the flexible and mobile combat ability of the launch platform. Structural parameters is established based on the prototype rope cylinder simulation model, and through the experimental simulation model for calibration, the maximum deviation of 5.7%, final rope type cylinder is studied through simulation model of the cylinder diameter, initial volume, air cylinder volume, the change of seal clearance four key parameters on the influence law of load ejection characteristics, provide theoretical guidance for the design of the cylinder.
