潜艇的筒盖及其系统是典型的机电液一体化复杂系统,是导弹发射的重要支撑。然而,由于筒盖系统的精密性,各种故障偶有发生。筒盖故障诊断系统能够提前发现筒盖系统的故障,防止严重事故的产生,为海洋安全带来保障。因此该文利用定向扰动的混合粒子群优化算法,配合支持向量机,构建筒盖的故障诊断系统。该文的故障特征方面选择了筒盖的振动信号和信号分解变换, 利用定向扰动的混合粒子群优化算法实现支持向量机的模型优化,并以此构建筒盖系统故障诊断特征和故障现象之间的非线性关系, 建立筒盖系统的故障诊断模型。
With the development of modern industrial production, fault diagnosis is also born. As early as the 1960s, fault diagnosis technology was applied to important fields such as aerospace and heavy machinery, and played an important role in it, creating huge economic benefits. The application of computer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis systems is becoming more and more extensive. Finally, the fault characteristics of this article choose the vibration signal and signal decomposition transformation of the tube cover, and use the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm of directional perturbation to realize the model optimization of the support vector machine, and use this to construct the fault diagnosis feature and the fault phenomenon of the tube cover To establish a fault diagnosis model of the cylinder cover system.
