随着国际邮轮产业发展迅速,基于吊舱推进器良好的性能表现,各类邮轮大多采用吊舱推进器的推进方式。本文根据某豪华邮轮所采用的拖式吊舱推进器,通过特定的优化方法改变其螺旋桨螺距,得到2个不同参数的螺旋桨。通过模型实验和数值仿真方法,计算出原螺旋桨与优化后螺旋桨的敞水效率,有利于降低能耗,提高邮轮运营经济性。本文采用CFD软件Starccm+采用MFR方法,运用标准k-ε方程对2个不同参数的螺旋桨的吊舱推进器模型进行仿真计算,然后对其进行水池实验得出实验下吊舱推进器敞水效率。通过在多组推进速度情况下对比2个配有不同螺旋桨的吊舱推进器的敞水性能曲线寻找优化后螺旋桨的性能提升点。通过对吊舱推进器模型的仿真和实验的预测为实际吊舱推进器螺旋桨设计提供依据。
With the rapid development of the international cruise industry, based on the good performance of the pod thruster, most cruise ships of all types use the pod propulsion method.According to the towed pod thruster used by a luxury cruise ship, this paper changes its propeller pitch through a specific optimization method to obtain two propellers with different parameters.Through model experiments and numerical simulation methods, the open water efficiency of the original propeller and the optimized propeller is calculated, which is beneficial to reduce energy consumption and improve the economy of cruise operation.In this paper, the CFD software Starccm+ adopts the MFR method and uses standard k-ε equations to simulate the Pod thruster model of two propellers with different parameters, and then conduct a pool experiment on it to obtain the open water efficiency of the experimental Pod thruster.By comparing the open water performance curves of two Pod thruster s equipped with different propellers under multiple sets of propulsion speeds, the performance improvement points of the optimized propellers are found.The simulation and experimental prediction of the pod thruster model provide a basis for the actual pod thruster propeller design.
