海上浮式核电平台是“海、核、堆、船”四位一体的全新领域,系统复杂,还要适应海洋的特殊环境条件。海上浮式核电平台集成监测系统分为监测系统、数据采集系统和监测系统软件,监测系统对整个海上浮式核电平台的状态信息进行数据采集,将信息传输至数据采集系统,数据采集系统将传感器的有效数据通过串口通信模块发送给监测系统软件,数据处理模块对串口通信模块接收的数据进行计算和处理,界面显示模块接收数据处理模块传输过来的数据,在界面显示模块上显示数据。当监测系统软件收到监测数据后,可通过动中通卫星发送给陆上营运单位和环境保护部门,陆上的营运单位和环境保护部门可以同时收到浮式核电平台的监测数据,为营运单位开展的辐射环境监测和环境保护部门的双轨监测提供支持。本文的海上浮式核电平台集成监测系统基本涵盖海上浮式核电平台监测的主要方面。
Floating nuclear power plant is a new field of sea, nuclear, reactor and ship, which has complex system and needs to adapt to the special environment of ocean. The integrated monitoring system for offshore floating nuclear power plant is divided into monitoring system, data acquisition system and monitoring system software. The monitoring system collects the state information of the whole floating nuclear power plant and transmits the information to the data acquisition system, the data acquisition system sends the effective data of the sensor to the monitoring system software through the serial communication module, and the data processing module calculates and processes the data received by the serial communication module, the interface display module receives the data transmitted by the data processing module and displays the data on the interface display module. When monitoring data are received by the monitoring system software, they can be sent to the land-based operator and the environmental protection department by means of a mobile satellite, and the land-based operator and the Environmental Protection Department can receive the monitoring data of the floating nuclear power plant at the same time, support for the operational unit's dual track monitoring of the Environmental monitoring and the Environmental Protection Department. The integrated monitoring system of offshore floating nuclear power plant in this paper basically covers the main aspects of offshore floating nuclear power plant monitoring.
