身管磨损使弹炮间隙增大,导致弹丸膛内运动与身管轴线不同轴度增大,进而影响弹丸起始扰动。为研究磨损内弹道的弹丸起始扰动特性,建立基于完全弹性体的弹炮耦合发射动力学有限元模型,进行3种不同磨损工况的仿真计算,获取不同磨损工况下弹丸膛内动力学响应参量。通过引入基于角位移、角速度、角加速度的弹丸起始扰动函数,研究不同磨损量对弹丸起始扰动的影响规律。结果表明,相对于正常身管工况,一般磨损身管工况下弹丸起始扰动增大了107%,严重磨损工况增大了387%,说明弹丸起始扰动随身管磨损而增大,且增大速率有逐渐扩大的趋势。定量的研究成果可作为外弹道分析的初始条件,具有较强的工程实践意义。
The gap between projectile and barrel caused by wear of gun barrel increases misalignment of projectile and barrel, that further affects the initial projectile disturbance. In order to study the initial projectile disturbance of interior ballistic of erosion guns, a coupled projectile-gun finite model based on elastic is established to simulate launching process of gun. The dynamic parameters of projectile are obtained by simulation of coupled projectile-gun under three barrel wear conditions, and the influence of wear in barrel on initial projectile disturbance are studied through introducing the initial disturbing function of the projectile based on angular displacement, angular velocity, and angular acceleration. The results show that, compared with the normal gun barrel, the initial projectile disturbance increased by 107% in the general wear condition and 387% in the serious wear condition, indicating that the initial projectile disturbance is positively correlated with the wear of gun barrel, and the growth is in the trend of amplification. These quantitative results in this paper can be used as the initial conditions for exterior ballistic analysis, which has great significance in engineering practice.
