无杆式气缸作为弹射动力,能够实现弹射负载外置,有效缩短发射装置的轴向空间,具有通用性强、快速响应、好保障的优势,同时降低了发射装置热防护、承压、气密等方面的设计要求。本文利用AMESim软件,根据无杆式气缸的设计结构参数建立仿真模型,研究无杆式气缸的气源输入压力、密封间隙、缓冲行程、负载重量4个关键参数的变化对弹射特性及气缸活塞缓冲性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,气源输入压力和负载重量对负载弹射速度影响最大,缓冲器的设计需要与气源压力及负载速度进行匹配,才能达到良好的缓冲效果。
As the ejection power, the rod-less cylinder can realize the ejection load external and effectively shorten the axial space of the launcher. It has the advantages of strong universality, fast response and good guarantee, and reduces the design requirements of the thermal protection, pressure bearing and air tightness of the launcher. In this paper, a simulation model was established by AMESim software according to the design structural parameters of the rodless cylinder. The influence of four key parameters of the rodless cylinder on the ejection characteristics and the buffer performance of the piston of the cylinder was studied. The research results show that the input pressure of air source and the weight of load have the greatest influence on the load ejection speed, and the design of buffer needs to match with the pressure of air source and the speed of load to achieve a good buffer effect.
