水上应急救援是一项复杂的综合过程,为解决传统应急预案演练中所存在的不足,提出融合计算机虚拟技术的水上应急救援模拟训练系统。通过对水上应急救援模拟训练系统概念的研究,分析水上应急救援模拟训练系统的设计需求,提出水上应急救援模拟训练系统组成、架构及系统组件间交互方式,研究了舰船数字建模及数据库管理等水上应急救援模拟训练系统关键技术。针对水下环境探测作业中存在的不足,采用虚拟现实技术对水下场景进行构建,研究翻扣船舶模拟、ROV辅助作业及水下窄空间探摸等水下应急救援模拟训练子系统,实现水上应急救援人员与配套装备系统的模拟训练。
Water emergency rescue is a complex comprehensive process. In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional emergency plan drill, a water emergency rescue simulation training system based on computer virtual technology is proposed. Through the research on the concept of water emergency rescue simulation training system, this paper analyzes the design requirements of water emergency rescue simulation training system, puts forward the composition, architecture and interaction mode between system components of water emergency rescue simulation training system, and studies the key technologies of water emergency rescue simulation training system, such as ship digital modeling and database management. Aiming at the shortcomings of underwater environment detection operation, the virtual reality technology is used to construct the underwater scene, and the underwater emergency rescue simulation training subsystem, such as the simulation of turning over ship, ROV auxiliary operation and underwater narrow space exploration, is studied to realize the simulation training of the underwater emergency rescue personnel and supporting equipment system.
