针对超大型集装箱船舷梯在收纳和使用方面存在诸多不便的问题,提出一种新方案将舷梯内嵌在2甲板以上,优化船体结构形式满足实际使用。以一艘2万箱级超大型集装箱船为例,通过规范校核及全船有限元计算对舷梯区域船体结构的屈服、屈曲及疲劳强度进行验证。
Aiming at the inconvenience during operation and storage of ULCS’ accommodation ladder. An arrangement plan that accommodation ladder was arranged upon the second deck was presented. Shape and scantling of hull structure was optimized to fulfill the requirement of actual operation. A 20000TEU container ship was taken as an example. Yielding, buckling capacity and fatigue strength of structure was verified through rule calculation and full length finite element analysis.
