为探索掺水乳化油对船用柴油机动力性、经济性和排放性能影响,采用AVL-fire软件对TBD234V6型柴油机进行仿真建模,选取柴油机推进特性额定工况运行时,对不同乳化油掺水比进行三维数值模拟研究。结果表明,随着掺水比的增加,相比原机,其缸内爆压逐渐降低,燃烧放热率峰值明显滞后,折合油耗率呈先下降后上升的趋势,NOX排放量显著降低,Soot排放量上升。通过灰色决策理论结合主客观赋权法确定10%为最优掺水比,此时缸内爆压下降6.9%,折合消耗率下降6.5%,NOX排放降低36.1%,Soot排放上升110.6%。研究结果可为船用柴油机掺水乳化油燃烧提供一定参考依据。
In order to explore the influence of water-blended emulsified oil on the power, economy and emission performance of marine diesel engines, AVL-fire software was used to simulate and model the TBD234V6 diesel engine. When the diesel engine is selected for its propulsion characteristics and rated operating conditions, the water blending ratio of different emulsified oils A three-dimensional numerical simulation study was carried out, and the results showed that with the increase of the water mixing ratio, compared with the original engine, the explosion pressure in the cylinder gradually decreased, and the peak of the combustion heat release rate was obviously lagging behind. The equivalent fuel consumption rate decreased first and then increased. Emissions have been significantly reduced, and Soot emissions have risen. After that, the gray decision theory combined with subjective and objective weighting method is used to determine that 10% is the optimal water mixing ratio. At this time, the in-cylinder explosion pressure decreases by 6.9%, the equivalent consumption rate decreases by 6.5%, NOX emissions decrease by 36.1%, and Soot emissions increase by 110.6%. The research results can provide certain guidance for the combustion of water-blended emulsified oil in marine diesel engines.
