海上作战受到复杂多变海洋环境的影响和制约,必须对环境效应作出准确评估,而这项工作的前提是能够对海洋环境作出准确的预报。美国海军在海洋环境预报领域一直走在世界前列,本文主要从模式结构、关键技术、模式性能等方面介绍美国海军投入业务化应用的海洋数值预报模式发展历程和现状,以期对我国军事海洋环境预报的发展起到一定的启示和借鉴作用。
The marine combat is affected and restricted by the complicated and changeable marine environment, so it is necessary to made an accurate assessment of the environmental effect. The premise of this work is to make accurate prediction of the marine environment. The US Navy has been leading the world in the field of ocean prediction. This paper introduces the development and status of the US Navy operational ocean numerical prediction model, from the aspects of model structure, key technology and model performance. It is expected to provide some enlightenment and reference for the development of military marine environment forecast in China.
