海洋输油管道由于受到洋流冲刷等作用会产生位移、悬跨等故障,为保证安全,需要定期对海洋输油管道进行外检测。本文分析了利用无人自主水下航行器(AUV)搭载声学载荷执行海洋输油管道的外检测任务的优势。通过声呐获得的海洋输油管道的高清声学图像可以对路由变化、悬跨、管道周围地形地貌及异物等进行识别。通过与现有的外加检测手段进行对比,具有风险低、成本低、效率高、成像清晰等优势。
In order to ensure the safety of marine pipeline, it is necessary to carry out regular external inspection. An analysis is made of the advantages of using autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) which carrying acoustic loads to perform the external inspection task of marine oil pipelines. The high-definition acoustic images obtained by sonar can be used to identify the routing changes, the suspension span, the topography and other objects around the pipeline. By comparing with the existing external inspection methods, it had the advantages of low risk, low cost, high efficiency and clear imaging.
