在对某型柴油机泵组进行现场振动测试过程中,通过分析振动频谱数据,发现频谱图中基频振动异常,存在基频振动故障。通过分析故障原因,对柴油机安装底座进行固有频率的测试分析,发现底座存在一阶固有频率与泵组基频一致,认为底座在泵组工作过程中发生了共振,造成柴油机的基频振动异常。为消除共振现象,对底座进行优化加固,加固完成后进行振动复测,振动数值降低明显,振动情况得到有效改善,满足交机要求。
During the vibration test of a diesel engine pump set, it’s found that there is an abnormal vibration under the fundamental frequency through the analysis of the vibration spectrum, and it’s a vibrational fault. By analyzing the causes of the vibrational fault, a natural frequency test for the mounting base of the diesel engine is carried out, and it’s found thata natural frequency of the base is consistant with the fundamental frequency. It’s for sure that the resonance of the base occurs under the rated working condition and makes the fundamental frequency of the diesel vibrate abnormally. In order to solve the resonance, the base is strengthened, then a vibration test is done again. The data shows that the vibration condition is improved a lot and meet the requirments for acceptance.
