基于图文档的舰船军检模式与当前基于MBD舰船研制模式已不相适应,无法有效利用数字模型直观、信息全面和可交互的优势,因此有必要开展基于三维数字模型的舰船军检模式研究。首先,对当前国内基于图文档的舰船军检模式的不足以及国外基于三维模型的军检典型案例进行了分析。在此基础上,指出数字化模式下舰船军检面临的挑战、基于三维数模的军检技术及特点,并从军检标准规范、计算与分析辅助工具、共享数据库、军事代表多级协同平台4个方面,对基于数字模型的舰船军检所需的支撑能力进行了论述。最后,给出了推进基于数字模型的舰船军检新模式落地的工作思路。通过开展基于数字模型的军检新模式研究,对统一舰船数字化军检的内涵、更新舰船军检管理理念以及加快基于数字模型的军检新模式落地具有重要意义。
The mode based on documents and drawings for ship military representative’s inspection is not consistent with the current ship development mode based on MBD,and it is unable to utilize the advantages of digital models efficiently, such as intuition, complete information and interaction,thus we need to develop the ship military representative’s inspection mode based on three-dimensional digital model. Firstly, the shortage of domestic ship military representative’s inspection mode based on chart and document and two representative examples of overseas military representative’s inspection are analyzed. Furthermore, the challenges to the ship military representative’s inspection under the digital mode and its techniques and characteristics are proposed, and the required supporting abilities, such as standards and criteria, calculation and analysis assistant tools, sharing databases, military representative multilevel cooperating platform, for ship military representative’s inspection based on digital mode are discussed. Finally, the working brainchild is put forward to advance the new ship military representative’s inspection mode based on three-dimensional models to come true. It has important significance for unifying the connotation and updating the management thought of ship digital military representative’s inspection, and accelerating the new mode to carry out in shipbuilding engineering by investigating the military representative’s inspection mode based on digital models.
