本文针对美国海军数字化转型战略进行综述性研究,总结美国防部为推进数字化转型制定的顶层设计框架,梳理了美国海军在该框架下推进数字化转型的具体举措,并分析了美国海军面向未来的数字化建设发展规划。
In this paper, the digital transformation strategy of the US Navy is reviewed. Firstly, the top design framework of digital transformation developed by US Department of Defense is summarized. Then, the specific measures taken by the US Navy to promote digital transformation under the framework are summarized as well. Finally, the future digital construction and development plan of the US Navy is analyzed.
