以REGAL货船为研究对象,利用CFD软件STAR-CCM+对其进行实尺度自航数值计算,求解分析船体和螺旋桨周围粘性流场,将船体阻力、螺旋桨推力与扭矩计算结果与劳氏船级社的海上试验测量结果进行比较,计算结果阻力最大误差为4.5%,推力和扭矩最大误差分别为8.6%与2.7%。研究结果表明,实尺度自航数值模拟在一定范围内具备可行性,计算过程可为相关工程应用提供参考。
Taking the REGAL cargo ship as the research object, using the CFD software STAR-CCM+ to perform real-scale self-propelled numerical calculations to solve and analyze the viscous flow field around the hull and propellers, and compare the hull resistance, propeller thrust and torque calculation results with Lao's register of shipping comparing the measurement results of the sea test, the maximum error of the calculated resistance is 4.5%, and the maximum error of thrust and torque is 8.6% and 2.7%, respectively. The research results show that the real-scale self-propelled numerical simulation is feasible within a certain range, and the calculation process can provide reference for related engineering applications.
