半潜式平台作为典型的浮式平台之一,广泛应用于海上石油的钻井和生产。以三立柱高效半潜式生产储油平台为目标平台,通过该平台进行半潜式平台总体结构设计、船体结构规范设计和总体强度分析。在该平台的船体结构设计过程中,首先应用先进的水动力理论对平台进行分析,优化外形和主尺度,再根据ABS和DNV等规范编制出计算表格和小程序进行平台船体结构的主尺度设计,之后根据规范设计得来的船体结构参数进行总体强度计算,最后根据有限元分析计算结果确定船体结构。整个设计过程和所取得的成果对相同类型的浮式平台有一定的参考价值。
As one of the typical floating platforms, semi-submersible platform is widely used in offshore oil drilling and production. In this paper, the three-column high efficiency semi-submersible production and storage platform is taken as the target platform, through which the overall structure design, hull structure specification design and overall strength analysis of the semi-submersible platform are carried out. In the design process of the hull structure of the platform, the advanced hydrodynamic theory is applied to analyze and optimize the shape and main dimensions of the platform, and then the calculation tables and small programs are compiled according to the ABS and DNV rules to design the main dimensions of the platform hull structure, and then the global strength is calculated according to the hull structure parameters designed according to the specifications, Finally, the hull structure is determined according to the results of finite element analysis. The whole design process and the results have a certain reference value for the same type of floating platform.
