简要介绍CSR规范关于散货船槽型舱壁描述性强度计算的基本要求,根据具体要求分析得出了关于散货船槽型舱壁描述性强度的正确计算流程,详细阐述了基于弯曲强度要求的多目标优化计算流程和方法,并给出了计算实例进行说明。对槽形优化计算时的加厚策略进行研究,研究表明只增加槽条下端板厚的策略最优。
A brief description of the basic requirements of CSR about prescriptive strength assessment of corrugated bulkhead of bulk carrier is given. Analyzing according to the requirements, correct process of prescriptive strength assessment of corrugated bulkhead of bulk carrier is created. The optimization calculation process and method based on bending strength requirement are described in detail, and some illustrative calculation examples are given. Several thickening strategies applied in optimization calculation have been researched, and it proved that only thickening the lower end of corrugation is the best.
